Job overview

As part of both the Medical Education and Placement Team, the post holder will assist with the administration of student placements across the Trust, providing administrative support to the Education team for both undergraduate and postgraduate learners at DBTH.

The role also requires the input of accurate data onto bespoke IT systems. The role requires the post holder to support for all team members within the Medical Education and Placement Team and to travel across Trust sites as required.

Knowledge & Experience

Essential criteria
  • Working knowledge and application of MS Office software
  • Understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality issues

Qualifications & Training

  • GCSE or equivalent level c /4 or above in maths and English
  • NVQ 2 Business Administration, Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 or equivalent or working towards

  • Good communication skills with demonstrable experience to communicate information to employees and managers
