An exciting opportunity has arisen to support and raise the profile of our apprenticeship offer across the Trust. With a commitment by RDaSH to consistently exceed our apprentice levy requirements from 2025, the successful candidate will be a key point of call for the Trust and support specific activities around the development of apprenticeships across the Trust.
This will include working others to increase awareness of the levels of apprenticeship standards available, from Level 2 to Level 7, covering clinical and non-clinical areas within our Trust. and acting as a main point of contact to support apprentices on their learning journey, including liaising with external training providers to ensure due diligence and reporting are maintained. The successful applicant will also act as a trust-wide Functional Skills Champion, promoting increased take-up by colleagues as part of their career progression aspirations.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for supporting and raising the profile of our apprenticeship offer across the Trust. This will include co-ordinating all aspects of administration and meeting ESFA needs with regards to the national Apprenticeship Levy programme.
You will support the Apprenticeship Facilitator offering advice, guidance and support to senior staff with regard to Apprenticeship development. You will be a key point of call for the Trust and support specific activities around the development of apprenticeships across the Trust.
You will support the Apprenticeship Facilitator in the development and implementation of a Trust strategy on apprenticeships.
You will work closely with colleagues both internal and external partners to the organisation, attending both regional and national meetings to ensure consistency of approach across the region.
