Job overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Operational Shift Coordinator to join our dynamic Integrated Community Care Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with administrative experience to support the Team within Active Recovery, to provide excellent customer care to our patients and their carer’s and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Directorates’ administrative service.
The ideal candidate will bring a flexible and adaptable approach to their work, as the role may involve a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our department. While previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is desirable, it is not essential, as full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced and rewarding setting, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services within the Integrated Community Care Directorate. If you are a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job

Analyse & Report: Monitor service performance, generate reports, and ensure deadlines and data policies are met.

Optimise Operations: Streamline processes, manage office resources, and provide crucial administrative support.

Ensure Governance: Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards across all tasks.

Liaise & Support: Act as a key contact for stakeholders and deliver high-quality service to patients and staff.

There are 2 permanent posts available one 1 fixed term post available.
The fixed term post is advertised on a fixed term contract basis for a period of a maximum of twelve months due to maternity leave of the substantive post holder. The fixed term contract status of the post holder will be reviewed in accordance with the Trust's legal obligations regarding fixed term contracts and statutory maternity provisions.

- GCSE level C or above in English and Maths or equivalent Qualification / Experience
- NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent qualification/ Experience ✓ AF
