You'll work collaboratively across health, education and social care, using Positive Behaviour Support to provide holistic, person-centred care. This role offers autonomy, clinical leadership, and the chance to shape service development while managing your own caseload under expert supervision.

About You

  • A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting them

  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the service and the young people in our care.

If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and want to work in a creative and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!

Reporting into the Clinical Nurse Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a clinical resource within the In Reach CAMHS Team.

  • Provide evidence-based interventions for moderate to severe mental health issues.

  • Deliver and support training for staff, parents, and external services.

  • Participate in regular clinical and management supervision.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory training.

  • Identify and communicate training needs to support clinical responsibilities.
