We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our team working jointly between Inclusion Recovery Hampshire and Catch 22, drug and alcohol treatment and support services for adults and young people.' 

Inclusion Recovery Hampshire and Catch 22 are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a leading community drug and alcohol service provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals dealing with substance use issues.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you would provide high quality clinical interventions  including health and wellbeing interventions, blood borne virus screenings and vaccinations, and would support the development of pathways into primary and secondary care for individuals with health related issues associated with their substance use.

As a Nurse within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire and Catch 22, you'll be an essential part of our holistic care approach, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

We prioritise your growth, offering ongoing training, workshops, and tailored professional development programs. You will be employed by Inclusion, part of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and will work collaboratively with our partner Catch 22 in providing health and wellbeing interventions to both adults and young people using drugs and alcohol in Hampshire

Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). We provide caring and effective services across England, including, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Thurrock, Essex. We support individuals, families and communities who are affected by addiction, crime, mental health or need treatment for their sexual health.

  • Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, recovery workers, managers, and allied health colleagues to ensure a multidisciplinary approach and facilitate safe and positive outcomes for service users.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Offer health and wellbeing interventions, providing guidance and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate BBV screening and vaccinations, contributing to the overall health improvement of service users.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of assessments, interventions, and treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the review of serious incident investigations, providing expertise and insights to enhance learning and improve practice.
  • Participate as a valuable member of the detox panel, considering referrals made and establishing appropriate treatment plans.
