Acceptance and Commitment Groupwork Facilitator

Are you committed to making a positive change and empowering service users to achieve a better quality of life? Are you a skilled acceptance and commitment groupwork facilitator looking to support people in their recovery journey?

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire. We are currently recruiting an experienced groupwork facilitator, to deliver Acceptance and Commitment workshops across Hampshire, in a digital and face to face capacity.

The successful candidate will also be a key part of our quality assurance processes around Acceptance and Commitment groups; participating in audits, providing peer to peer feedback to other facilitators and co-facilitating groups with others.

We are happy to consider applications from candidates wishing to work 30 hours in this role, or less hours on a job-share basis. The base for this role is negotiable, however a willingness and ability to travel across Hampshire to facilitate groups is essential.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

Part Time/Job Share 12 month Fixed Term Acceptance and Commitment Group Facilitator in Hampshire.

Facilitation of Acceptance and Commitment sessions across Hampshire, both face to face and digitally.
Implementation of Acceptance and Commitment groups/workshops as well as referral routes into these sessions.

Training of volunteers and other staff as required.

Active Risk assessing and risk management.

Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). We provide caring and effective services across England, including, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Thurrock, Essex. We support individuals, families and communities who are affected by addiction, crime, mental health or need treatment for their sexual health.

  • To plan, implement and deliver Acceptance and Commitment Groups across Hampshire
  • To participate in auditing and peer support for Acceptance and Commitment facilitators.
  • To accept referrals to groups, assess need and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide harm reduction advice, information and support as required.
  • Demonstrable commitment to service user involvement.
  • To work with a range of professional in ensuring service users needs in terms of safeguarding and mental health are met.
  • Encourage and work with service users to move forward in their recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with Recovery Workers across Inclusion Hampshire.
