We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to become part of our friendly, forward-thinking Maternity Practice Development team at Frimley Park Hospital.

In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in supporting high-quality maternity education and development across our services. You’ll work Monday to Friday, collaborating closely with our passionate Practice Development Team across both sites to help drive positive change, innovation, and excellence in maternity care.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the maternity Practice Development team based at Frimley Park Hospital.
  • Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including having personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks.
  • Maintain a confidential approach to work at all times.
  • Be responsible for providing up to date records and databases for Mandatory and Statutory training for all staff working in maternity, including student midwives. 
  • Work closely together with the other site to ensure a streamlined approach.

Essential criteria
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • A levels or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of customer care
  • Experience of working with clinical records and systems
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working in NHS
  • Experience of working with OLM/MAST/ESR

Skills

Essential criteria
  • IT skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to manage diaries including scheduling appointments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desirable criteria
  • Knowledge of NHS terminology and procedures.
