Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and provide leadership to the acute therapies administration team as the current post holder is retiring. You would be joining a supportive therapies management team and take on the role of managing the rotas for the therapies team and wider admin team. The team provide excellent admin support to the clinicians supporting with outpatient clinics, equipment ordering and management and rotas.

Main duties of the job

To lead and manage the acute therapies admin team across both acute sites.

 

To lead on ensuring rotas are kept up to date and organised in advance.

 

To support and oversee the admin team with the ordering, delivery and management of therapy equipment including ordering and stock management.

 

To support the therapy management team with diary management
