Job overview

We are seeking a Band 3 Administratior to join our dynamic team.

Are you a highly organised and adaptable individual with a passion for delivering excellent administrative support?

Talking Therapies NHS Surrey is part of the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust.  We are a fast growing, primary care mental health service offering high quality evidence based psychological therapies for people with common mental health problems.

Main duties of the job

In this fast-paced administrative environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across a diverse range of tasks. The role involves a mix of routine work and responding to daily challenges. You will need to balance multi-tasking with meticulous attention to detail while delivering high-quality service.

Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, you should be able to adapt to new challenges with a flexible and problem-solving mindset. As well as proactively identify and implement improvements in service provision. The candidate should have at least two years’ experience of working in an office environment in the health sector or other target driven business.

We truly care about our staff and offer a supportive and inclusive environment with plenty of opportunities to maintain and enhance your wellbeing.   The role is hybrid working, three days at our offices in Chertsey and two days remote working from home. There may be a need to occasionally cover additional days in the office.

Working for our organisation

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population. We work closely with other NHS and voluntary sector organisations who provide services and support people who use services and carers.

Surrey is a beautiful county lying just 30 minutes away from Central London and from the South Coast.

Our historic market towns and bustling districts are enveloped in wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks bring the rest of the country within easy reach.

For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby.
