At Epsom General Hospital, our paediatric services include:
- Acute Paediatric Ward: Focused care for children with urgent needs.
- Medical Day Units and Outpatients: Flexible options for ongoing treatments.
- Level 1 Paediatric Oncology Shared Care Service: Providing specialized oncology care.
- Dedicated Psychiatric Liaison Service: Supporting mental health needs.
Additionally, you’ll join a wider team of over 25 paediatric specialist nurses, community children’s nurses, and safeguarding specialists—opening doors to broaden your expertise across various paediatric disciplines.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
The post holder will;
- provide evidenced based, high quality assessment and care to children and their families attending the Emergency Department
- supervise, support and educate other team members, including nursing and medical students
- develop and maintain advanced Emergency Nursing skills
- advise on health promotion and prevention of illness/injury
- advocate for children and families
- ensure safe and effective clinical practice and enhance patient experience.
- ensure the promotion and implementation of trust policies and the effective delivery of organisational objectives
