Job overview
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Audiologist to join our dedicated team, providing high‑quality assessment and rehabilitation services for adults.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient‑centred care and eager to contribute to service development.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Patient‑focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in delivering adult audiology assessment and rehabilitation - Keen to support others through training, mentorship and shared learning
- Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of project work
- Enthusiastic about shaping and improving Audiology services
Main duties of the job
- Provide standard audiological assessment and rehabilitation for adults, delivering high‑quality clinical care across the Audiology service.
- Support, train and mentor junior members of staff, helping to develop skills, confidence and clinical excellence within the team.
- Lead specific tasks or projects within your area of expertise, contributing your specialist knowledge to enhance service quality.
- Take an active role in service development, identifying opportunities to improve pathways, processes and patient experience.

Essential criteria
- BSc in Audiology, BAAT Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent
Desirable criteria
- MSc in Audiology/Healthcare Science
Experience
Essential criteria
- Adult hearing assessment
Desirable criteria
- • Use of Auditbase patient management system
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Advanced knowledge of audiological techniques
Desirable criteria
- Competency in hearing aid fitting and real ear measurements
Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
