You will use a range of Trust and private patient systems to ensure data is recorded accurately and in line with information governance requirements.

You will be expected to manage a varied workload, respond to patient enquiries, prepare correspondence and admission documentation, support theatre scheduling activities, and help maximise the efficient use of private patient facilities. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering an excellent patient experience while supporting the financial and operational objectives of the Private Patient Service.
