We have state of the art Theatre facilities at both of our acute hospitals as well as undertaking an ambitious £90 million redevelopment of our elective Heatherwood Hospital, which is due to open end of 2021. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!

Due to our growth we have opportunities within our Anaesthetics, Scrub and Recovery Theatre teams across all three of our hospitals, covering a wide range of specialities including Robotic surgery, Advanced Laparoscopic surgery both in General and Gynaecological, Spinal, Vascular , ENT , Obstetrics trauma/ elective orthopaedics and 24/7 CPOD  Emergency surgery to name but a few. If you are an experienced registered Nurse, registered ODP, a final year student due to qualify or a return to practice ODP and are looking to develop and further your career then we would love to hear from you!

 With a dedicated practice development team committed to personal and professional development and opportunities to undertake dual practice in two or more disciplines, along with rotations through all the specialties there is boundless potential to develop and grow as a professional.

Newly Qualified Practitioners are provided with a 12 month bespoke preceptorship programme with 14 days protected study days designed to teach and develop our practitioners to the very highest standard.
