Proficiency in anaesthesia/airway management is highly desirable.

The post is for six months in the first instance but may be extended.

This position is 50% clinical, 50% non-clinical. This post is suitable for senior trainees wishing to undertake an out-of-programme experience or those who have completed their training but desire additional experience prior to consultant appointment.

Main duties of the job

Non-Clinical

Depending on the interests of the candidate we can accommodate projects either in clinical research or clinical informatics.

Research

We run clinical trials in acute medicine, critical care, and perioperative medicine.
