Job overview

Are you a highly proficient administrator who wants to work with a Directorate team in supporting the provision of excellent care for Adults receiving support within the Hospitals and Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) Division.  An opportunity has risen for a skilled senior administrator/PA to join a small team who provide administrative and business support to the Head of Nursing, Clinical Governance Lead and senior nursing team.

The role is fast paced,  providing support  for a number of the processes that enable the efficient, safe, and effective running of the division, including patient safety incident reporting frameworks, experience and outcome compliance and responding to concerns and compliments.

The post is based at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford with occasional requirement to travel to other sites throughout Surrey.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, conscientious, and highly organised.

Building working relationships with those you support, and those that they interface with both within and outside the Hospital and UEC division and SABP, will be key.

Must be fully confident in working with Outlook calendars and mail functions; and MS Teams for sharing documents – also with MS Word and Excel.

Main duties of the job

Key responsibilities include diary and correspondence Management, meeting coordination and documentation, confidentiality and information management, team support, induction support, oversight of trackers and other relevant tasks relating to the post.
