Job overview

As a EHR Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of products and services working with a multi-disciplinary, skilled digital product team. You will be experienced in managing a multitude of complex products / projects and activities maintaining delivery momentum, solving issues, unblocking problems enabling the team to deliver value.

Provisional Assessment Date - 10th December 2025

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an a full assessment centre.  This will inform us as to who will proceed through to the formal interview stage.

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Masters degree level education in IT or Health-based subjest or equivalent relevant experience
  • Evidence of continued professional development, postgraduate qualification or evidence of pursuit of further qualifications
  • Product, Project or Programme management professional qualification e.g. SAFe Product Management, Prince2, MSP, Agile, Scrum

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Relevant experience of leading agile / lean product delivery teams
  • Experience of strategically leveraging programme/project tools and techniques
  • Experience of leading on these techniques with an ability to coach within and outside of the team
  • Represent internally and externally of these techniques advocating use and best practice
  • Experience of managing multiple complex projects to a successful conclusion
  • Ability to forge long-term working partnerships with individuals and groups internally and with external clients
  • Experience of managing resources and budgets
  • Clear evidence that product or project management within a complex multi-agency environment has been implemented successfully
  • Demonstrable track record in delivering complex targets and objectives to tight deadlines
