Digital Learning and Adoption Co-Ordinator - Band 4 - Full Time

Working with the Learning and Adoption Manager to provide co-ordination support.

 Work with clinical teams and staff to understand learning and adoption needs and the signpost and arrange suitable support. Co-ordinate the delivery of training by, for example, managing, maintaining and supporting classroom delivery of training, and being on sites where and when training is being delivered. Ensure that records (bookings/post-learning assessments) are kept up to date. Ensure the Digital Learning and Adoption courses and resources within the Trust’s Learning Management System are kept up-to-date and maintained. 

This role is key in ensuring staff are well-prepared to adopt digital technologies, contributing to improved patient care and service efficiency.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will provide co-ordination and administrative support to the Digital Learning and Adoption team, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, communication, and reporting across digital learning initiatives. They will assist in the implementation and roll-out of digital systems training, help manage learning platforms, and support the development and adoption of digital solutions across the organisation.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in administrative or clerical role with high degree of accuracy
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage bookings, schedules, meetings, and logistics independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to support training sessions onsite (across different Trust locations)
  • Ability to travel to sites across the Trust
