Job overview

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Programme Delivery and Assurance Manager to join our central Programme Management Office (PMO).
 
This is a high‑profile role supporting the Director of Financial Recovery and Sustainability to lead the delivery and assurance of the Trust’s Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) and key transformation initiatives. You will work closely with Executive leads, corporate teams and divisions to provide robust programme governance, assurance reporting and support delivery of strategic objectives that improve outcomes for patients and staff.
 
We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with strong programme or project management experience in complex healthcare environments, who can work confidently with senior stakeholders and analyse complex financial, workforce and performance data.
 
Developmental Opportunity (Annex 21):
Applications are welcomed from candidates who may not yet meet all the requirements of the fully established role. Where appropriate, appointment may be made under Annex 21 of the Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, with a structured development plan and salary subject to agreed progression.
