Job overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individuals to join our bank team and give administrative support within a fast-paced environment to various wards across the Trust. 

As part of the ward team the role of Ward Clerk/ Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support  to ensure the smooth running of ward for patients, visitors and families.  The post holder will work with staff of all disciplines on the ward and other hospital staff as necessary to ensure an efficient service.   The ward clerk will play a pivotal role in handling initial enquiries from patients, relatives and other multidisciplinary colleagues and will ensure an excellent customer service principles are applies, will issues escalated in a timely manner.
