Job overview
Facilities compliance and governance is concerned with how Facilities directs, efficiently manages and monitors its activities, to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and ensures safety of patients, visitors and staff is not compromised.
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Facilities managers and staff and support the implementation of the Estates & Facilities service strategy and plans. The Facilities Compliance Co-Ordinator will ensure that the Trust complies with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies. Support the conduct of audits and provide guidance to staff members to ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards, this is across all areas of facilities including, catering, housekeeping, waste amongst others.
