Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This role offers the opportunity to work within an acute hospital setting, providing specialist mental health nursing assessment, care planning, risk management and support for patients with mental health needs. The post holder will work closely with ward teams, liaison psychiatry, safeguarding colleagues and partner services to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse who can work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
