An opportunity has arisen to join the leadership team East Surrey Hospital as Occupational Therapy Team Lead in our Cardio Respiratory team. The highly motivated and dynamic team is a well established integrated multidisciplinary team and respected within the hospital. The Team is committed to providing high quality and effective therapy assessment and treatment to our patients in the cardiology and respiratory wards.

We are looking for a team lead who is forward thinking, innovative and flexible and has depth of knowledge and experience of Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions with a wide range of medical conditions and equipment provision. You will be responsible for day to day management of the service delivery and manage a complex caseload. You will have experience in supervising staff and be an accredited practice placement educator.
