An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist to join our leadership team at East Surrey Hospital as the Occupational Therapy Surgical Team Lead.

Our Surgical and Amputee Team is a well-established, highly respected multidisciplinary team with a strong reputation across the Trust for its specialist expertise in surgical rehabilitation, amputee management and complex discharge planning. The team is recognised for its collaborative approach, clinical excellence and commitment to continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader who thrives on challenge, embraces change and is passionate about developing both services and people. You will bring a flexible and proactive approach to your work, alongside a broad range of clinical skills, including complex assessment and intervention, access and home visits, equipment provision and wheelchair prescription.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to engage others, with a proactive approach to service development. You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to a person centred approach in line with the Trust Values and Behaviours. As such, the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to be flexible, work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment.
