Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator with a passion for recruitment? Join our friendly and dynamic recruitment team at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, based at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and is confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle. NHS recruitment experience and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are highly desirable.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment administration
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and accurately

Key responsibilities:
- Issuing employment offers and contracts
- Requesting and chasing references
- Verifying qualifications and identity documents
- Processing DBS checks
- Ensuring recruitment files are fully compliant with Trust policies
