Job overview

We are seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Administrator to join our friendly and proactive Recruitment Team at East Surrey Hospital.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a multi‑stakeholder environment. NHS recruitment experience and familiarity with an applicant tracking system would be a strong advantage. You must be able to work accurately, independently, and as part of a busy team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and issuing employment offers and contracts.
  • Obtaining and chasing employment references.
  • Verifying identity, right to work, and professional qualifications.
  • Processing DBS (criminal record) checks.
  • Ensuring all recruitment files meet compliance and policy requirements.
