Job overview

We are recruiting for a Switchboard Operator who shares our vision to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

Essentially you are an ambassador for the Hospital Trust and the first line of contact for many patients, relatives, visitors, GP’s and other organisations (as well as handling internal calls) and we want to ensure the first impression received is positive and of a high standard.   

We have 1 permanent position and bank positions available, you will be required to cover the Switchboard Rota across a 7 day week.
