Ward Clerk / Receptionist

Job overview
Brook is an elective orhopaedic ward. We are searching for a person who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and patient care with the enthusiasm and drive to help the ward in providing safe and high standard patient services. You will be responsible for providing administrative support ensuring the smooth running of the area for patients, staff and visitors.
You must have excellent administrative, IT and communication skills and the ability and flexibility to adapt to different situations as they arise. You will work as an integral member of the healthcare team and contribute in delivering a high quality patient experience to our service users. Ideally you will already have experience working in a busy health related and/or customer service environment.
This is part time and job share post. Workdays are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Working hours is from 15 to 17.5 hours a week.
