You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment, promoting positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider team.

As Room Lead, you will support and guide your colleagues, role-modelling good practice and ensuring routines and activities are child-centred and inclusive. You will monitor children's progress, contribute to planning meetings, and complete accurate observations and records.
