Trosolwg o'r swydd

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Medicine Directorate for two Elective and Diagnostic Booking Officers to support the opening of the new Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) at Upton Hospital.

This is a permanent, full-time position primarily based at Upton Hospital, however the post holder, on occasion, may be required to work cross site at Wexham Park Hospital as and when required to meet service demands.

We are looking for an approachable, motivated, and patient-focused individual who embodies our Trust values and is committed to delivering an exceptional standard of service to both patients and colleagues.

This is a busy and fast-paced role that demands excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, along with the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure. You will play a vital role in coordinating elective and diagnostic appointments, ensuring patient pathways are managed smoothly, efficiently, and in line with service requirements.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop within a supportive and dynamic administrative team.
