Trosolwg o'r swydd

Are you a passionate Nursing Associate looking for a rewarding new challenge? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We are a friendly and supportive 17-cot Local Neonatal Unit caring for babies born from 27 weeks’ gestation onwards. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care and placing families at the heart of everything we do through our strong focus on Family Integrated Care.

We are also proud to be working towards Stage 3 Baby Friendly Initiative (BFI) accreditation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Associate to join our dedicated neonatal team.

Previous experience working with babies or children is not essential — we welcome candidates with the right values, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. In return, we offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and excellent development opportunities to help you build your skills and confidence within neonatal care.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a caring, forward-thinking team where you can make a real difference to babies and their families every day.
