Clinical Sister - Outpatients

Band 6

Trosolwg o'r swydd

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and compassionate registered nurse to join our Outpatient Department team. We welcome applications from individuals with a range of clinical experience. Outpatients experience is helpful but not essential, as full support and development will be provided.

Our team is dedicated to continually improving services and delivering high-quality, patient centred care. We are looking for colleagues who work well within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate professional accountability, and contribute positively to patient experience.

The successful candidate will be able to organise and prioritise workloads effectively, support others in the team, and undertake both clinical and administrative elements of the role. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and learners working within the department.

The position will involve cross-site working where you will be rotated across multiple departments. The candidate will be based in North OPD which consists of five main sites:

·         King Edward VII and Parapet Breast Unit, Windsor

·         St Mark’s Hospital, Maidenhead

·         Heatherwood Hospital, Ascot

·         Wexham Park Hospital, Slough

All OPD sites operate between 08:00 and 18:30, Monday to Sunday.
