Job overview

Are you a dynamic and experienced clinical leader with a passion for education and professional development? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join the Adult Critical Care Transfer Service (ACCTS) Cymru as the Training & Education Lead.

You will lead the strategic direction of training, education, and professional development for all ACCTS clinical staff, ensuring the workforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional care. This is a unique opportunity to influence national standards, foster innovation, and support the growth of a service that is critical to the resilience and quality of critical care across Wales.
