Job overview
The Apprentice Health Records clerk will be responsible for providing a Quality Health Records Service in line with Procedural Guidelines & Standards and will in the course of their duties:
• Ensure that all communication with patients and their carers is always undertaken in a professional manner.
• Will be required to work in all sections of Health Records, and be flexible around working evenings/weekends, as this will be a requirement.
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO APRRENTICE

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Educated to NVQ Level 2 or able to demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience
- Educated to GCSE grades A-C or level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English.
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge or experience of WPAS/IFIT or similar NHS systems

- Experienced of using Microsoft office suite including virtual platforms
