We are recruiting qualified Band 6 Speech and Language Therapists for our Bank system. On a zero-hours contract basis, you will be available as and when is required to cover for staffing shortfalls due to sickness, maternity leave and short term vacancies in the department. You may also be asked to provide specific skills which may be required for short periods of time that will support the team.

You will be required to assist in the delivery of safe, high quality care, meeting the varying dysphagia and communication needs of adults accessing the Speech and Language Therapy service across Swansea Bay University Health Board. You will need to be able to work in a range of clinical settings. You will need excellent communication skills, be reliable and able to integrate quickly into a team.

You will work in a supported environment and will be provided with training opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills when appropriate.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
