Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Production Team Leader within Morriston HSDU.
The role involves leading a team of Technical Officers of different experiences to effectively decontaminate and sterilise medical devices to use in patient procedures and to ensure that this is done in a timely and efficient manner to meet demand.
Main duties of the job
Supervision and prioritisation of production workloads to staff.
Good work ethic required.
Team motivational skills required.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills required for both internal and external customers.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

A vacancy have arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join the team working within Sterile Services. The post will be based at Singleton Hospital.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, and have the ability to lead the team as well as work as part of a team and provide Team Leader support to the HSDU team
