Band 6 Non-urgent care Triage Clinician, Initial Response Service, South Locality Access Services.

South Access CBU are recruiting to the post of Band 6 Non-urgent Triage Clinician, in the Initial Response Service, based at Hopewood Park Hospital.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality, safe, patient care.

The successful candidate will work as part of an MDT and triage all planned care referrals for the Sunderland and South Tyneside area for service users over the age of eighteen years.
Triage clinicians work closely with both primary, secondary, specialist and third sector organisations, and operate within the single point of access system, to determine the most appropriate treatment pathway specific to service user needs.
