We are excited to offer a development opportunity for a newly qualified or soon-to-qualify Diagnostic Radiographer to join our supportive and forward-thinking Radiology team.

This is a progressive Band 5 to Band 6 post, designed to support your transition from student to confident autonomous practitioner within a structured and well-supported framework.

You will be primarily based at Rugby St Cross Hospital, with rotational experience at University Hospital Coventry, gaining exposure to a wide range of imaging modalities and clinical environments.

You will undertake the Band 5 Preceptorship Programme, supported by an assigned mentor and regular review meetings to ensure your development is monitored and aligned with expected timelines.

Progression to Band 6 is anticipated within 24 months, subject to successful completion and approval of all required service, equipment, and departmental competencies. This will include demonstrable evidence of participation in and completion of clinical audit activities.

This post is specifcally aimed at newly qualified or soon-to-qualify Diagnostic Radiographers. If you meet this criterion, we encourage you to apply promptly, as applications will be capped and the advert may close early due to high levels of interest.
