Part-time 0.9 WTE




Due to a clinician relocating, we have an opportunity for an experienced enthusiastic Paediatric Physiotherapist to join the well established Community Paediatric Physiotherapy Team within Dudley to work within the Preschool Service, based at the Sunflower Centre.


The successful applicant will have extensive experience in both leadership and clinical skills within the speciality, having a proven track record and will be expected to have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. The post holder will have a clinical caseload of pre-school children presenting with a variety of conditions, ranging developmental delay to complex neurological/neuromuscular conditions.


The service offers many specialities in house, including DCD, Serial Casting Clinic, Gait Clinic and CPIP. Our unique selling point being that we provide all paediatric physiotherapy for Dudley, having been able to develop services, which, in other areas, are provided by Acute Services.

We are committed to professional development and evidence based practice, offering regular in-service training and peer group / one to one supervision. Internal and external courses are supported. You will be expected to engage in appraisal process and be willing to further develop, both others and yourself.


In addition, the post holder will support the Manager and other leads with service delivery, activity and service planning.


The post is based at the Sunflower Centre, John Corbett Drive, Amblecote, a facility which offers excellent out-patient opportunities.


Applicants should hold a diploma/degree in physiotherapy and must be registered with the HCPC.
