Job overview

Black Country Healthcare Foundation Trust is looking for One full-time Consultant Psychiatrist to join the AAA Services – Adult ADHD and ASD Neuro-developmental Service to work in our comprehensive MDT team with nurses, occupational therapist, psychologist, and support workers. 

The service has expanded, having started in the legacy of Dudley & Walsall Mental Health Trust by the clinical commissioning groups as a spot purchase in 2015. The service operates from Hill House, Amblecote, Stourbridge.  It has since grown and developed with recruitment of the full MDT team aiming to provide a coordinated, integrated pathway for assessment, diagnosis and treatment of adults with ASD and ADHD.

Main duties of the job

The Black Country Healthcare Foundation Trust provides all age mental health services, from CAMHS to older adults in all the four Black Country localities of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.  The Trust has a strong commitment to delivery excellent safe services and attracts the highest quality of medical professionals.
