Dudley CAMHS Crisis Service is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Administrator with proven skills to complement our existing administrative team.
Main duties of the job
Our CAMHS Crisis service is a a multi-disciplinary team who are passionate in their aim to work with children and young people who present with mental health crisis.
As part of this very busy team you will need to provide an efficient, effective, professional and confidential secretarial service to our team of clinicians. You will also be expected to provide diary management, such as booking appointments and to maintain records, both paper and electronic, in accordance with Trust policy.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will work closely with other administrative staff to ensure continuity of administration support and mutual assistance within the service. It will be expected that the post holder will be able to think on their feet, provide flexible cover for service opening hours and able to cover times of absence such as holidays and sick leave.
The work will be demanding and varied and you will be required to have excellent demonstrable administrative skills, be confident and assertive and be able to work autonomously using your own initiative. You should be a competent typist and have a good knowledge of Excel.
