Come and join us
We're looking for people who share our values (compassion, accountability and optimism) to help us provide high quality care to the patients, carers, families and local communities we serve. We specialise in providing NHS mental health and learning disability services.
So what can we offer you in return?
We're an organisation which puts people first. We'll do everything possible to help you feel respected, valued and included. You will work within our MDT in order to provide specialist assessment, treatment and discharge planning to those patients with functional and organic mental health conditions.
Main duties of the job
We support patients referred to our service with a wide range of physical and psychological co-morbidities including those people presenting to mental health services for the very first time.
You will need to be able to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills and be able to foster excellent relationships with patients, carers, general hospital colleagues and other parts of the health and social care system.
