Team Leader for our Mental Health Liaison/The Haven Service which is part of our Urgent Care Service based on the Conquest Site. Are you able to Lead, Inspire, Transform our Service?

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to take the helm of a high-performing Mental Health Liaison Service/The Haven based in Hastings, driving excellence in patient care and service delivery. Working alongside the Clinical Team and under the leadership of the Service Manager, the Team Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Mental Health Liaison Team & The Haven delivers holistic, patient-centred, and safe care across the Urgent Care Pathway. You will work closely with the Crisis Team at Woodlands and the teams across the general hospital at Conquest Hospital a to provide seamless support to those in crisis.
Main duties of the job

- Educated to minimum diploma level with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience. Current professional registration [mental health/LD/Adult], appropriate to the job role
- Evidence of CPD

- Significant experience of and demonstrable achievement in clinical practice
- Experience of providing professional support/supervision and motivation of staff
- Understanding of Health and Social Care Governance
- Experience of managing staff
