So what can we offer you in return?

Job overview

Are you a band 6 nurse looking to work in an environment that develops your knowledge, leadership skills and experience?

If you have answered yes, then I believe that Rowan Ward is the right place for you.

Meadowfield is an acute mental health hospital in Worthing, we are part of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We have 3 wards at Meadowfield Rowan and Maple are for working age patients and Larch Ward is for patients over the age of 65. We also have a new POS (136 suite) which consists of a secure outdoor space, separate accommodation, assessment and office space. ECT and Neuromodulation services are also provided at Meadowfield as well as The Haven which is a 24/7 crisis assessment unit, providing an alternative to A&E to provide a comprehensive biopsychosocial crisis assessment for any adult aged 18 or over who is not subject to the Mental Health Act.

We are an open unit, and our open doors are something that we are very proud of and this brings a very different feel to the unit than those that are not able to use this approach.

And we would like you to be a part of our team during these exciting times.
