Essential criteria

Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience, research or training,
Evidence of continuing professional development/ education and learning
A high level of knowledge and experience in planning and delivering programmes and projects.
Knowledge and understanding of the local and national health mental health crisis and care landscape including policies and plans

Experience

Essential criteria

Experience of successfully developing and delivering large scale and complex programmes in either the health or care sector
Experience of building, maintaining and utilising successful relationships with staff at all levels across organisations
Experience of partnership working across organisational boundaries ensuring involvement of key stakeholders.
Experience of managing complex issues and/or conflicting agendas
Experience of service development, quality improvement, training and policy implementation.
