We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Support Workers
- Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Ambrose is a collection of six 2-bedroom supported living houses, offering high-quality, structured support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, sensory needs, and wider neurodiversity. Staff provide consistent, person-centred support to promote independence, routine, and emotional well-being through 121 support 24/7
Boulevard provides 24/7 support within a large supported living setting for individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or substance and alcohol dependencies. Our aim is to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care that promotes independence, dignity, and improved wellbeing.
We offer a mix of day, night, sleeping and waking night shifts, providing support tailored to each clients needs.

Main duties of the job
Ambrose:
- Providing daily living support, personal care (where required), and meaningful activities
- Supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences
- Delivering consistent 1:1 support and promoting independence
- Supporting complex communication needs, using person-centred and adaptive approaches
- Managing behaviours of concern using Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principles
- Completing accurate care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports
- Working nights or sleep-ins as part of a 24/7 rota
Boulevard:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills, emotional regulation, and personal development
- Providing structured support to individuals with mental health diagnoses
- Supporting those affected by substance or alcohol dependencies in line with harm-reduction approaches
- Managing and responding effectively to challenging behaviours
- Supporting with medication administration and care planning
- Ensuring accurate recording, incident reporting, and safeguarding practices
- Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams

Ambrose Skills & Experience Needed:
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Understanding of sensory needs, routines, and structured environments
- Patience, emotional resilience, and a calm communication style
- Ability to support individuals to develop skills, confidence, and independence
- Experience with PBS, autism approaches, or communication tools.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and professional boundaries
Boulevard Skills and Experience needed:
- Experience in mental health, complex needs, or substance misuse support
- Strong de-escalation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Confidence working within a fast-paced, high-need environment
- Resilience, compassion, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to build trusting, therapeutic relationships
- Understanding of safeguarding, risk assessments, and professional boundaries

- Experience in Social Care - Working with complex needs
- 2 years Experience in support work
