We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Children’s Learning Disability Nurse to join our specialist team supporting children and young people living in Craven with learning disabilities.
The post-holder will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, promoting independence, inclusion, and improved health outcomes for children and their families.

To work as a Staff Nurse within the Children’s Learning Disabilities team, to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, promoting independence, inclusion, and improved health outcomes for children and their families. To provide a high quality service offer through planning, implementing, and reviewing of evidenced based care, interventions and health promotion, specifically developed for children with learning disabilities. Work in partnership with other agencies to provide seamless, flexible services which meet the needs of people with learning disabilities and their carers across a range of settings within the community.
