Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The post of Deputy Director of Systems Engineering has been awarded a Recruitment and Retention Premia (RRP) in response to current labour market conditions. In recognition of this, the role attracts an additional monthly RRP payment equal to 30% per annum.

Masters or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience

Experience & Knowledge

Essential criteria

Subject matter expertise in Identity Management
Experience in developing projects in OpenAuth
Experience building access management solutions
Experience building and running high availability solutions with low latency
Experience in resolving large or high risk commercial management issues
Significant management experience at senior level in the NHS or other public healthcare related industry

Skills

Essential criteria

Demonstrable ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams working across multiple functions and organisations
Ability to analyse highly complex issues where material is conflicting and drawn from multiple sources (verbal, written and numerical)
