We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Support Workers
- Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
- Casual Workers
40 Kelso Road is a supported living service for five males, offering high-quality, structured support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Staff provide consistent, person-centred support to promote independence, routine, and emotional well-being.
The role encompasses a mixture of morning, late and sleep in shifts including weekend and bank holiday working.

Main duties of the job
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills, emotional regulation, personal development and meaningful activities
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs
- Delivering consistent 1:1 support and promoting independence
- Supporting communication needs, using person-centred and adaptive approaches
- Managing behaviours of concern using Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principles
- Completing and reviewing accurate daily recordings, support plans, risk assessments, and incident reports
- Working sleep-ins and weekends as part of a 24/7 rota
- Support with medication administration
- Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
