We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital Workstream as part of the Securing the Future (StF) Program at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.
We have an ambitious Digital Strategy that underpins the digital solutions used to support the opening of our new hospital. You will utilise your previous Digital Business Analyst experience to deliver critical new and innovative digital systems as part of the StF programme, to ensure the alignment of resources and coordination of activities and requirements required are aligned with project timescales and requirements.
Main duties of the job
Support the Enterprise Solutions Architect and Digital Workstream Project Manager by analysing problems and opportunities in our Clinical and non-clinical practices to produce solutions and improvements. Specifically:

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Post Graduate level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant environment
 - Business Analysis Certification
 - Business change experience
 - Significant experience of transformation within Health and Social Care
 
Desirable criteria
- PRINCE 2
 - significant proven experience of digital transformation within Health
 - LEAN methodology qualification
 
Experience
Essential criteria
- · Experience of delivering successful change initiatives – particularly healthcare environments
 - · Experience of using established consulting activities and techniques including facilitating stakeholder groups for eliciting stakeholder requirements.
 - · Evidence of transformational leadership
 - · Experience of developing, training and engaging staff in digital or other areas / projects
 - · Previous experience of supporting a programme of change management
