Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to rotate through the 7 reception desks in the Clinical Radiology department. We are a busy department spread across the main Radiology Department, CT & MRI, GP & Spinal X-Ray, MRI 2 and the Community Diagnostics Center based in the city center. This post is 7.5 hrs a day, 4 days a week, with a flexible day off, and the hours will range between 07:30 and 18:00hrs.
Main duties of the job
The main duties are to greet patients and their carers at the reception desks and to attend their appointments on the relevant IT systems.
To perform general office/administrative duties such as sorting post, notes and other task as directed by the team leader.
To be a proactive member of the Admin team, promoting best practice in team working and communication.
